FIDDLE

Monica began playing the violin at the age of seven. She has a love of folk and classical music. Her grandfather played the fiddle and she enjoys feeling connected to him and other music-loving folks through her playing. She can also be found playing for the Pittsburgh Philharmonic.

KEYBOARDS

Sielke started playing the piano when she was seven. Inspired by her parents and John Williams' Star Wars Main Theme, she dabbles in all genres. An educator and a therapist, Sielke finds emotional respite making music and spending time promoting the sounds of Jammin' Honey.

FIDDLE

Like her fellow members, Danielle has been playing the violin since age seven. She was inspired to pick up the instrument by her grandfather, a fiddle player from Newfoundland, Canada. Today, she plays on the very instrument he purchased from a traveling merchant when he was 18. Danielle also plays violin in the Pittsburgh Philharmonic.
